Each passenger is entitled to take one standard suitcase (up to 30 kg) and one hand bag at no extra charge. Additional or oversized baggage may incur an additional fee or may be refused, depending on space availability. If you plan to travel with more baggage than allowed, please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Passengers should arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This allows for a smooth boarding process and gives you enough time to find the shuttle and verify your ticket. Please note that the shuttle operates on a fixed schedule and will depart on time, with or without all passengers present.
Refunds are given based on our cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 24 hours before departure, you are entitled to a partial refund, less a small administration fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or missed trips (no-shows) are non-refundable. We recommend that you review the full refund policy during the booking process for full transparency.
